Item Drop Off and Pick Up
Using our online registration system, you select the date/time for your drop off. Each day there are 48 drop off times. These are broken down into 1/2 hour slots during the day, 4 sellers are allowed per drop time. For example, you may pick Day 2, Drop 3 on Weds. - this drop time is from 10:30-11:00am. You will sign up for a day and a time slot. By setting it up this way, we can control the flow of sellers and the amount of items our inspectors must go through during a particular hour. Drop off times are first come, first serve. If you cannot find a time that works for you, you may also have a "proxy" person drop it off for you... this could be your husband, neighbor or friend. We cannot accept any items outside of these set hours.
For our working moms ONLY we have an evening drop off time - Monday, Sept. 23rd. from 5-7pm. There are a limited number of these spots, so please sign up for them as soon as you register!
Item Inspection: We will inspect all clothing and items upon your arrival. Allow yourself a few extra minutes for drop-off so that we can check your items. Any item that does not meet our requirements or standards will be returned to you. You may not drop and leave. All clothing should be on hangers, tagged and ready to go.

Item Pick - Up
You have the option of picking up your unsold items. Our volunteers hand sort through all the items, so please do NOT ask for all your items back. We will donate unsold items to local charities, so please consider making a worthwhile donation.

The process is as follows:
We sort your items and place them in boxes/piles with your seller number.
You MUST sort through all your items and verify that the items in the stack belong to you.
Notify the C3 sales team of any item that may be missing at that time.
Remember, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or missing items - but you may look through our lost and found bin and attempt to locate your item.
Fill out and sign the check out form.
ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP BY 3 P.M. SATURDAY WILL BE DONATED.
