C3 Kids Crew REGISTRATION OPENS JANUARY 15, 2020
C3 Kids Crew are the heart and soul of our consignment sale. Since we are entirely non-profit, we rely on workers to help us prepare, set up and run the sale. In return, all C3 Kids Crew Workers earn a pre-sale pass!
Once you shop at this sale, you see how exciting and fun it is to be at the pre-sale. This is where the best deals are found... and you get to shop before the general public! All we ask is that you sign up for a total of 4 hours of time (of course you are welcome to be a Platinum worker and sign up to work 6 hours). This can include prep work, drop off and set up, and/or working a shift (or two) at the sale. Sellers are not required to work, but we really encourage you to get involved in the process. Anyone can work at our sale, however we do have a few requirements to help (see C3 Kids Crew Agreement). With our online registration, sign up to work using our MySaleManager website. We have the following positions available during our sale: Drop off help, Cashier, Cashier Assistant, Greeter and Sales Floor. Each shift is 2 hours, you can pick which day and time you'd like. If you can't do 4 hours at once, you can break up your time into different days. When you register, you can select the shift and job type that best fits you. Cashier and Cashier Asst. must have worked at a previous consignment sale. Occasionally we may need to adjust our staffing before the sale to make sure all areas are adequately covered. Please be flexible with any changes that may be made, it is only to best serve our sale. If you are selling, once you register as a seller you can also sign up to work! We highly encourage all sellers to work and experience the excitement of the behind the scenes action at the sale! |
Child care at the sale
C3 Kids Sale provides childcare for those working the sale (Friday and Saturday). In order to properly staff for childcare, we ask that you complete this form by September 20th to reserve your spot!
Pre-Sale Information
Our awesome pre-sale is held the Thursday night before the sale and is open to everyone that works at the sale. It is a 4 tiered structure for volunteers & sellers:
Platinum- work 6 or more hours Gold - work 4 hours Silver - work 2 hours Seller only The more you help, the earlier you can start shopping! C3 Kids Crew worker pre-sale passes are emailed to you the Monday of sale week, and will include your shopping time. You must bring your pre-sale pass to enter the sale. You may bring your spouse, but no other shoppers. Well behaved children are always welcome! |

All workers will be required to sign this agreement. This agreement ensures all workers understand the expectations and responsibilities associated with working at our sale, and eliminate any confusion regarding the process. Thank you in advance for reading and complying with our agreement!

- I agree to arrive on time for my shift. If I cannot work my shift I will provide ample notice to the organizers and understand I will forfeit my pre-sale pass.
- If I fail to arrive for my scheduled shift, I will not be allowed to work at the next sale.
- I agree to read and understand my job duties prior to arriving for my shift.
- I understand that I will not shop during my worker shift. I may shop before or after my shift only.
- I understand that I may not take unpaid items into the staff room to hold. All items must be paid for to place in the staff area.
- I understand that the activity I will engage in carries certain risks such as falls, puncture wounds, sprains and so forth. I agree to assume all risks as a result of the opportunity provided to me to participate in the sale. Columbia Community Church is not liable for any injuries.
- I understand photographs may be taken of me during the event to be used in advertising and on the website. I give permission for the use and will not be compensated for use of my likeness.
- I understand the knowledge, documents, website are property of the C3 Children’s Consignment Sale and may not be used in direct competition of this sale in Benton/Franklin Counties, Washington for the next 12 months.
- I understand that as an outreach ministry of Columbia Community Church, we are all here to serve the community and to do our best to make a successful event possible!
